Services to be Rendered

All writing projects commence upon rendering of full payment to Resume Writer Plus and in order to hold a client’s spot in our project rotation. Your deadline will be prioritized and guaranteed, within our promised content turnaround times.

Methods of Payment

Resume Writer Plus requires an upfront payment equivalent to the price of the service through credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Visa), debit card and Paypal. All service prices that Resume Writer Plus offers are shown in US dollar currency. Therefore, buyer will make payment using US dollar currency regardless of location.

Writing Timeline

For resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profile projects, the initial draft will generally be delivered within 24 to 72 hours from the receipt of payment.

Revisions and edits for all writing projects take approximately 24 to 48 hours following the Client’s request.

Client will send an email to Resume Writer Plus with minor edits to finalize the resume. No major re-writing or overhauling/adding of information will occur at the third revision stage or project will be considered new work and will require an additional fee.

Rush Fee:

Resume Writer Plus provides 24-hour RUSH project delivery for an additional $100.

Refund Policy

Based on project due date: i.e. If the due date is more than 5 days,

• If canceled within 4 days before the due date: There will be a 10% cancellation fee charged.
• If canceled within 3 days of project due date: There will be a 50% cancellation fee charged.
• If canceled within 24 hours of project due date: There will be a 100% fee charged.
• If canceled after first draft is provided to client: 50% of total project price will be retained by Resume Writer Plus.
• If canceled after resume finalization stage: No refunds will be issued.

Acceptance of Career Documents

After career documents are provided to Client, Client must approve the said documents or request changes within 14 days. After 14 days, the project will be considered approved and complete. Failure of Client to partake in the editing process, authorize revisions, or approve career documents will constitute acceptance of them as the final draft.

Liability

Resume Writer Plus maintains that it cannot guarantee job opportunities as market conditions vary and it is incumbent upon Clients to aggressively partake in the job search process, including properly applying for qualifying positions that Client meets the requirements for. Additionally, Resume Writer Plus is not responsible for Client’s use or non-use of the resume or writing project.
