It is a common misconception that the BBB is a government agency or is somehow governed by State or Federal government guidelines. It is in fact, a private company that requires a membership fee from businesses each year.

We’ll create the best resume possible for you, but we can’t guarantee you a job. Any resume service that does is using a market gimmick. Resumes are a critical piece of the job search puzzle, but there are too many other factors involved for us to be able to make job offer guarantees.

This rarely happens, because we have a very well-structured process that keeps things on track. And because we only work with the best resume writers, you avoid the endless back-and-forth that accompanies many resumes rewrites. As long as you give us the information we request upfront, you won’t go over it. If for some reason you are still not satisfied with the outcome, we will reassign your resume to a more knowledgeable writer.

There is a processing fee that is charged by our provider which is a 10% incoming and outgoing. This is the sole reason why we would charge you.

After approving the final draft, we’ll send your resume/CV  in two file formats—MS Word (.doc or .docx) and PDF (you need Adobe Reader or other PDF file viewers to open this format). Also, you may request to have it in ASCII text (electronic version). If you wish to post your resume/CV online, we can send it to you in HTML format as well. With any file format you need, Resume Writer Plus can provide it for you.

We reserve the right not to honor specific requests for refunds. Nonetheless, we grant refunds given justified reasons, including cancellation of service owing to dissatisfaction with the quality of the service received which is very unlikely.
